Pricing: $100 per month
Weekly property visits include:
- Testing PH level, adding chemicals as needed.
- Testing chlorine or bromine levels, adding chemicals as needed.
- Monthly water sample tested at treasure mountain spa to help maintain water quality.
- Water is added to fill line as needed.
- As needed, spa is drained, cleaned and refilled. $65 per hour maintenance fee. No markup on chemicals used.
