CabinKeepers in Park City

CabinKeepers have taken care of my property in Park City for the past four years. Rina and her staff always do a great job. They're reliable, knowledgeable, practical and reasonably priced. I live in the Philadelphia area so it's important for my piece of mind to know that someone is keeping an eye on my Park City home and that they will respond quickly if there's' a problems. Rina and her team stay on top of maintenance issues and, over the years, have takencare of a variety of problems for me... everything from a leaky toilet, to electrical issues, to deck refinishing to ice maker repairs. I have hired CabinKeepers for countless jobs over the past several years. I owned/managed a multiple condo building and hired Rina for all the general maintenance jobs. She repaired everything from plumbing, dry wall, removing/installing fans & fixtures, electrical issues, spa maintenance, etc. I gave her a set of keys, and entrusted her with every maintenance need that property had. In addition, I continue to hire CabinKeepers for all my repairs/maintenance in my own home. I have lived in Utah for 38 years, and she is still the only person I trust to enter my home and not just get the job done, but get it done perfectly. She is reliable and trustworthy. And you know what? Rina always brings a smile with her! She is the best!

Rina is a FANTASTIC handyman and wonderful local business owner who truly cares about her clients, the homes she renovates, and can pretty much fix anything you need. Rina has installed toilets, sinks, electric fans/lights, and fixed a variety of other items we've needed help with over the last 5+ years and she's been a complete pleasure to work with. Her prices are fair and her work is always perfect. I've had a chance to see many of her renovation projects at friends homes and can't recommend her work highly enough. If you need someone who is 100% reliable to manage your property or give your home a fresh update, you will not be disappointed with CabinKeepers.

Rina and Zeb installed three low volume flush toilets in my home today. They arrived on time, and completed the work quickly, being sure to clean up after themselves and removing the old toilets to take to the recycle center. While working in a downstairs bathroom, Rina discovered that the sink was running sluggishly, so without being asked she took the pipes apart and cleaned them out and discovered they were clogged with hair. Again, without being asked, Zeb found that the front doorknob was loose, so he took it apart and tightened it. With Rina and Zeb you get the job you've contracted for, and while they're at it they toss in extras when they notice problems you might not have known you had. I recommend them highly for all types of home repairs or property management.

Great experience two times in the last few months. Great communication, great work, and very conscientious. Rina returned when we had a concern - completely unsolicited. Zeb did great work and was very pleasant.

Rina and Zeb worked on our house, originally to fix a hole in a bathroom floor. Apparently, there had been a leak. Rina checked the source of the problem, diagnosed and had a plan of action in place. She kept us informed of everything going on and even helped with choosing a new toilet and tile flooring. Both she and Zeb were incredibly punctual in their arrival time each morning, worked efficiently and were immaculate. This project was only supposed to be the laundry/bathroom area, however, there were quite a few things that we needed done and Rina was more than happy to help. She spent time fixing leaks in 2 other bathrooms, adjusting the dishwasher, new shut off valves, replacing faucets, and creating a tile door for the master tub. Everyone that has seen the tile, comments on what a fantastic job they did! This was not part of the original plan but she really wanted to make sure the house was in perfect order before she could be done with the project. She is a perfectionist and it shows in her work! I can't speak highly enough of CabinKeepers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for any job that you might have around your house. Rina is fair, smart and trustworthy. She will be honest with you and make the experience as quick and painless as possible. We will most definitely call CabinKeepers for all of our future home repair needs!

It is a GREAT pleasure to work with Rina Slade to enhance my home. Upon the recommendation of a trusted friend, I contacted Rina to do a backsplash in my kitchen. She took the time to meet with me at my home to see the area, showed me samples of her work at another location, then accompanied me to a local tile distributor. When we didn't find an appropriate style, Rina visited Salt Lake and selected the perfect tile for my taste and home! She also suggested how to extend the tile as an accent in other areas of the kitchen to tie the room together. Rina has a noteworthy work ethic. When she said she would be at my home on a specific date and at certain times, she arrived promptly and remained hard at work throughout the day. She completed the project on time and at a reasonable cost as agreed upon. Rina always meticulously cleaned up her work space at the conclusion of each day. The finished tile work was beautifully done and earned many compliments from guests as well as from the satisfied homeowner!! To enhance the project with under cabinet lighting, Rina brought in an excellent licensed electrician. Rina also completed an exceptional job of thoroughly cleaning and sealing an 11 year old slate bathroom which had seen heavy usage. When I needed recommendations of other service providers, whether to wash windows or resurface the driveway, Rina responded to my contacts promptly. Creativity, patience, reliability, tile working talent, responsiveness to requests, trustworthiness, and just plain terrific to work with, are all descriptions which fit Rina Slade, who gets an A+ from this former educator!
